Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The free plan stays free and needs nothing but an email address. Payment details are only required when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Which exchanges and stocks are covered?+
The German exchanges (XETRA, Frankfurt), the US exchanges NYSE and NASDAQ, and the major European venues — London, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Zurich, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo. Prices and analysis always come from the exchange where a security actually trades, and you see them in your own currency. If a stock is missing, you can request it right inside the app.
Is Nexxus Pilot investment advice?+
No. Nexxus Pilot is an analysis and organisation tool. Everything it shows — including the AI assessments — is information, never a recommendation to buy or sell. The decision is always yours.
What separates the plans?+
The foundation is the same everywhere: screener, AI analysis, all alert types. Free gives you 10 slots each in portfolio, watchlist and pipeline. Starter doubles that to 20 and sends a portfolio briefing every trading morning. Premium removes every limit and unlocks the Wingman completely: a live portfolio check every 30 minutes with instant warnings, your watchlist included, plus the chat that knows your portfolio and adds holdings, archives them or sets alerts on request. Ultimate (coming soon) takes the Wingman further: a weekly deep report including concentration risk, an earnings radar, planned entries in the scan, an on-demand instant scan and the strongest AI model.
What does the Wingman portfolio check do?+
The Wingman reviews your portfolio on its own. A pre-check looks at price moves, distance to your stops, signal changes and news — only when something stands out does the AI assess the situation and assign an urgency (urgent, notable, calm) with its reasoning. It takes its own earlier assessments into account, so you also see whether something is escalating or settling down. Everything appears in the Wingman feed, and new urgent cases reach you as a notification. As everywhere: context, not a buy recommendation.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, there is no minimum term. On the annual plan you pay ten monthly instalments — two months are on us.
Does my account work in both the web and the app?+
Yes — one account for both. Portfolio, watchlist, pipeline, alerts and notes stay in sync between your browser and the iPhone app.
What happens to my data?+
Your data sits on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU, and is never sold to third parties. The privacy policy has the details.
